Description

Zig Bugs are floating carp flies. When the fish do not feed on the bottom, but move in the water column or pick up baits from the surface, instead of sitting passively and waiting for a miracle, try a different approach and offer the bait where the fish are. Fishing in the water column with a Zig Rig is a much more active form of carp fishing than simply waiting for the trait. After we throw away the rig, we leave it in place for 20-30 minutes and if nothing happens - we change the depth at which the bait floats, change the bait or throw the rig again. In Zig Rig fishing, the rule is that if nothing happens – we take action! Zig Bugs can be additionally flavoured, but from my experience, I know it's not necessary. Flies (Zig Bugs) imitate soaked pellets, insect eggs. Zig Bugs are tied on eyelet hooks.
